i love seeing all of the new school + office supplies in the stores come September--although every year they tend to crop up earlier and earlier.
i remember stacking my new supplies in a neat pile and going through it in the weeks leading up to the first day of school. my sister and i comparing our 'lots' and making sure if we had similar items they were in different colors. always green for me.
laurentian colored pencils. campfire notebooks. eversharp pencils. it was still the era of duo tangs.
i cannot resist stocking up on a few office and stationery items every september--always feels like a fresh start.
and i still choose items that are green.
