{gathering bits for a future DIY + bread baking eating }
the bread is this popular no knead recipe
i must confess that sometimes i don't tend to it until after 24-28 hours
(instead of the 12-18 waiting period)
this was one of those times and it turned out just fine
so i say just start a loaf
and don't worry about calculating ahead too much + just to go about your weekend
as long as you get it baked by Sunday evening ...
